There’s also tips for exercising, relationships, and a lot more. I have to say, I have read other productivity books in the past, and this one has the most helpful and actionable advice I have seen.

There are a lot of useful tips included in this guide. I would have to say AT LEAST 87, by my count… I have already implemented a couple of the hacks in this book, and I already feel better. Who knew that turning the shower down a couple of degrees would help me wake up much easier in the morning?

The book needs an editor. Great title but it is basically a short rough draft essay where the author just outlines or brainstorms various tips he's read about on Lifehacker or other sources. He doesn't properly cite these sources and therefore the opinions are difficult to research further than the few sentences he's dedicated to each tip.

Pros there are 88 tips categorized into things such as work, exercise, sleep, etc. so the book is easy to read in chunks.

Cons all the tips are taken from other sources that are not properly cited so you only get a taste of the information about each tip.

Advice for author ask someone to check your work and give you some editing advice, for example you quote the book by David Allen "Getting Things Done" but you quote it as "Get Things Done" so that's just a typo example. 2nd bit of advice for you is to create a bibliography in the last chapter to list all the sources you used for these tips. Otherwise this is just a brainstormed list of things that anyone can find on the internet. Create more value for your book.

If you pay attention to the news or TV at all then you know most of these hacks. Lots of information but learned nothing new.
It's a pretty solid book, there were a lot of things I already knew about; but it's a decent read regardless.
This book is filled with great content. I Use this techiniques in the book in my everyday life, it has helped me alot. I highly recommend to get this book.
